Macro Commands
/macroicon "Action Name" Uses the icon, recast and text of the specified action. This can only be used in the first line of a macro
/wait X Waits for X seconds, to a max of 1 minute. Integers only (No .whatever)
Chat Commands
/say /s Sends a message to people around you.
/yell /y Sends a message to people in the area.
/shout /s Sends a message to people in the zone.
/party /p Sends a message to people in your party.
/linkshell /l Sends a message to people in your default linkshell.
/linkshell1 ~ /linkshell8 /l1 ~ /8 Sends a message to people in the selected linkshell.
/freecompany /fc Sends a message to people in your free company.
/echo /e Echos a message in your chatbox, no one else can see this.
/tell "Character name" /t Sends a tell to the specified player.
/reply /r Replies to the last person to send you a tell.
Party Commands
/pcmd add "Character name" /invite "Character name" Adds the specified person to your party.
/pcmd leave /leave Leaves the party.
/pcmd leader "Character name" /leader "Character name" Sets the specified person as the party leader.
/pcmd kick "Character name" /kick "Character name" Kicks the specified person from the party.
/pcmd breakup Disbands the party.
/join Accepts the pending party invite.
/decline Declines the pending party invite.
Character Specific
/ac "Action" "Target" Uses the specified action on the specified target.
/displayhead Toggles the display of headgear.
/displayarms Toggles the display of weapons when sheathed.
/bm (On/Off) Draw/Sheathe/Toggle the weapon stance, to toggle, do not put anything after the command.
UI Commands
/map Opens the world/area map.
/check "Character name" /c "Character name" Inspects the spefieid character, or yourself if not target given.
/trade "Character name" Starts a trade with the specified player.
/meldrequest "Character name" Send a materia meld request to the specified player.
/character /gear Opens the character sheet.
/journal Opens the quest log.

/battletarget /bt TArgets the closest enemy in your battle.
/assist "Character name" /as "Character name" Targets the target of the specified person.

Chat Placeholders
These can be used in chat to display information.
~ Plays a sound file, there are 16 different sounds, only usable in party chat.
Displays your class name and level.
Displays your job name and level.
Displays your current and max hp.
Displays your hp as a percentage.
Displays your current and max mp.
Displays your mp as a percentage.
Displays your current TP.
Displays your pet's current and max hp.
Displays your pet's hp as a percentage.
Displays your pet's current and max mp.
Displays your pet's mp as a percentage.
Displays a clickable link of your current position and map.
Target Placeholders
These can be used in place of any target in a command, such as character name, etc. It can also be used in any chat.

<1>~<8> The name of the party member at that number.
The name of your target.
The name of your target's target.
or The name of your focus target.
or The name of the target you have your mouse over.
The name of the last person who targeted you.

The name of your pet.

Marking Placeholders
These are used for getting the names of any marked targets, or for adding a mark to something, remove the <> if its for mark setting.
~ A big 1 ~ 5 on the target.
~ A shackle icon on the target.
~ A giant X on the target.
A big circle on the target.
A big cross on the target.
A big square on the target.
A big triangle on the target.
Removes the mark on the target, can only be used for marking.

These are used with /sea.
"Character name" The name of the player (can use first or last name only, ie. John GLA, to find a gladiator with the first/last name John)

Level Either XX to find a player at that level, or XX-YY to find players within the range.

Chatlog Placeholders
These are used with /chatlog.
name 0-3 Choose between the display of Full name, First name, Last name or Initials only (in that order)
fontsize # Makes the font size equal to #
time On, Off or blank to either turn timestamp on/off or toggle
time ## Available numbers are 12 and 24, to choose from 12-hour display or 24-hour display
time "" local or server, choses which timeframe is used for the stamp
call On, Off or blank, to turn on/off or toggle the sound when recieving a /tell
Battle Effect Placeholders
These are used with /battleffect. All battle effects have 3 states. all, simple and off. Simple is lighter on the CPU

party [state] Your party's skill effect
other [state] NPC and non-self non-party battle effects
HUD Placeholders
These are used with /hud.
tbar The bar with your target's name and hp bar, same as /targetbar
ftarget The bar with your focus' name and hp bar, same as /focustarget
plist The partylist at the left (default position), same as /plist
elist The enemylist at the bottom left(default position), same as /enemylist
param The Parameter bar, same as /parambar
mmap The minimap at the top right (default position), same as /minimap
mmenu The main Menu at the bottom right of the map (default position), same as /mainmenu
server The server info, same as /serverinfo
gil The gil near the menus (default position)
igrid The Inventory grid at bottom right (default position), same as /inventorygrid
dlist The Duty List that tells recommended activities, same as /dutylist
ihelp The item tooltips, same as /itemhelp
